A picture can replace a thousand words; a prototype can save you lots of meetings and possibly avoid a project failure. by Danut Prisacaru Prototypes Imagine you own a piece of land and want to build a house there. You hire a construction company to do it for you, but you need to tell them what you want. They listen to you then they go to the drawing board and create the floor plans for you. That is way too technical for your skill, you are not a civil engineer and you have no experience in reading floor plans. You may be able to understand a little but not all the details. You can give them feedback, you can tell me that the kitchen is too small in your opinion or that you want the garage to be positioned in a different place. The constructors go back and rebuild the prototype based on your request. That happens a few times until you are pleased with what your future house will look like.
