Executive Team
Paul Preiss
Paul received a bachelors degree in Japanese from the University of Texas at Austin. He went on to become a project manager for Human Code. Later, Paul was the Applications Manager and Architect for Dell Pan Asia based in Kawasaki, Japan. He then became the Sr. Architect for a software consulting firm in St Paul Minnesota, where he provided architecture consulting for numerous government and private enterprise clients. Paul went on to become the Director of Engineering and Chief Architect of a digital asset management company. More recently Paul has spent most of his time creating and managing the International Association of Software Architects.

Matt Deacon
Matt works as an reknown Architect from a major IT corporation based in UK. He has over 16 year experience in delivering Enterpirse IT systems on a range of technologies and platforms. He currently runs the IASA Europe Region, Microsoft UK Architect Council and is the founding member of the UK IASA Chapter.

Aaron Tan Dani

As an industry IT Architect thought leader, Aaron is the Chairman of International Association of Software Architect (IASA) for the APAC Region that spans over 15 countries. He is responsible in setting up the IT Architecture professional organization as part of IASA Chapters across Asia Pacific. He is also the Co-founder of the Independent Software Architect Council of Malaysia (ISAC Malaysia).

Aaron is the Senior Architecture Advisor and was elected as an Elite Member of Microsoft Field Architect Council where he is responsible for engaging with enterprise architects and senior technical decision makers in cultivating the important of IT Architecture Practices & IT Architect Profession for the ICT industry. In addition, he is also a frequent public speaker in various IT Seminars & Workshop presenting various IT Architecture topics across Asia Pacific regions.

As an entrepreneurial leader with diversified experiences, he has more than 13 years of experience in various software development projects and roles across Asia Pacific, USA & UK. Prior to his current appointment in 2003, he was a Regional Chief Architect with one of UK leading IT & Business Strategy Consulting based in Singapore. He holds a Master of Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Computer and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Western Australia.

Mikael Freidlitz

Mikael Freidlitz has a 12+ years background as a consultant focusing on the art of software design, architecture and mentoring. During the last decade, the environment has generally been large scale EAI projects or Enterprise systems relying heavily on high performing infrastructures. Mikael is an active member of the .NET community as a teacher and speaker at developer events. He is responsible for IASA's content, knowledge communities and general IP and is the founding member of IASA Sweden.
