Most organizations face similar challenges in developing quality architecture programs to meet this demand. The current environment cannot hope to meet this demand due to limitations in the professional body of knowledge. A new approach to sharing architecture capabilities among organizations is needed. This site introduces the Certified IT Architect Program (CITA) and IASA Foundation Certification. [Download IT Architecture Career Map here] CITA and IFC provide hiring organizations with the assurance that the architects they employ are able to meet the needs of even the most demanding architecture projects at the software, infrastructure, information or business levels. The program is comprised of an objective skill set developed over 5 years by hundreds of practicing architects and reviewed by thousands of IASA members. The certification is the culmination of thousands of man hours of development. IASA Certifications are the first global industry architect certification that is completely vendor independ-ent and run only by practicing architects. With CITA and IFC you can be sure you know exactly what your team or your providers‘ team can accomplish. Prerequisites The IASA is currently constructing development programs for architects at this level with the architect skills repository, the architects training site and with the architects curriculum.
